Autism Spectrum-Defeat Austim Now! (DAN) Protocol and More

Each autism-spectrum patient is unique, which requires parents and physician to work together as a team. The diagnosis is encephalitis (toxic), which means inflammation of the brain. This is treatable. The only approved treatment for limited aspects of autism is Risperdal, an anti-psychotic which we avoid due to side effects.

From the beginning, we want to identify your child’s strengths and build upon those by always asking, “what more can we do for your child?” Go to the Defeat Autism Now website for basics concepts and new ideas. Each child will respond to different therapies. A combination of therapies will give optimal results, but some of these may not help at all.
